I created a guild ( Legion Etrangere ) with my character Alvy in Hibernia, and my rank is 9 then it should be 0 , therefore , I have no orders guild ! can you do something ?

I do not ask for the order, I note that the creation of a guild, the creator is rank zero and I'm ranked nine, so there is a bug ... I know perfectly the guild system, having had some since I play .... read the posts before responding.

yeah i know what you said and your missing the point
the creater is always rank 0 and the rest is 9
so the creater has to promote everyone

You are the one who misunderstood He clearly says he has no guild commands, so he cannot /gc promote 0 because hes rank 9. I can try to fix this in-game if I find you, haven't worked with this before in-game. But I'm pretty sure Isus can do this for you in MySQL
